"What is the meaning of education, Sir ? asked an 8 year old girl of the Samaritan Help Mission, in the slums of Calcutta to her teacher. The teacher was teaching them spelling, and had asked them to spell e-d-u-c-a-t-i-o-n. Local people involvement

This year on this auspicious event 30 local people were invited; they had lunch with us and were very happy to see the happenings at Samaritan Help Mission. One gentleman was so impressed that, he went and bought 400 pieces of Rossoggolla to add to the menu, of Luchi, Aloo Dam, Sweet Dal, Chutney and Papad.
