MISSION
Impart a highly qualitative education in the English medium, provide health and medical facilities to children, youth, women and the elderly that inhabit in the urban slums of Tikiapara and Bankra, Howrah district, West Bengal.
Empower those of the underprivileged community, irrespective of caste, creed, religion, and gender, especially the drop-outs, adolescent girls and abandoned women. We provide job related skills and trade oriented vocational training so they avail job opportunities or pursue an occupation thereby becoming self-reliant.

VISION
Prevent exploitation by empowering the underprivileged, disadvantaged children, especially girls and the youth by providing a low cost yet high quality education in the English medium in a digital-smart environment from the Pre-nursery to Class-XII.
Create opportunities for the underprivileged populace of slum children through skill and trade based vocational training to overcome poverty and unemployment.
Provide low cost, high quality primary and secondary healthcare services through outreach programs.
Uplift of hygiene and health conditions amongst the slum dwellers.
OBJECTIVES
To educate the poor and underprivileged children of Tikiapara slums in English so that they can prepare themselves to succeed in the 21st century.
To provide support to the disadvantaged students to allow them to catch up and to reduce the achievement gap with their more advantaged peers.
To develop the resilience of the people so that they can address different adversities.
To uplift the people socio-economically to attain the stream of social life.
